Select a row on People to open its detail panel.

Validate the record

Review the fields that are actually present:
  • name, role, company, and location;
  • record source and LinkedIn profile link;
  • stored relationship strength;
  • available warm-path and mutual-connection counts;
  • suggested connectors; and
  • recent stored activity.
An empty field is unknown. Profile text from a sync, import, or public signal can be incomplete or stale, so verify important facts before using them in an introduction request.

Choose the next action

From the detail panel you can:
  • open all available paths;
  • request an introduction through a selected connector;
  • save an eligible contact to a collection; or
  • open the source profile when a trusted LinkedIn URL is available.
Some actions are unavailable for unsaved public signals or incomplete records. Save or validate the person first rather than bypassing the disabled state.
Use the panel to verify the person, then use View and verify paths to evaluate the route. Identity confidence and path confidence are separate decisions.
