CSV imports

Use CSV import when you already have a clean contact list. Include names, emails, companies, and job titles when available.

Review before importing

Before you import, confirm that:
  • the preview looks correct
  • duplicate rows are expected or cleaned up
  • important fields such as name and email are present
  • you are importing contacts you are allowed to store in Introd

After importing

Imported contacts should become available for search, collections, contacts, and path discovery once Introd has processed them.
