Account flow

  1. Create an account or sign in.
  2. Finish the provider callback cleanly.
  3. Land in onboarding or setup, not an empty dashboard.
  4. Connect the sources that make Introd useful.
  5. Return to search only after network coverage exists.
  1. Create an account with the supported auth flow.
  2. Confirm you are signed in before closing the browser tab.
  3. Move directly into LinkedIn and integration setup so the graph has data to work with.
  4. Return to search only after at least one relationship source is connected.

What the product should show after sign-in

  • a valid user session
  • a clear next-step path into setup
  • clear status for LinkedIn, Google, and Microsoft connections
  • no fake warm path recommendations before evidence exists

Troubleshooting

If account creation succeeds but the dashboard still looks anonymous:
  • refresh the browser and confirm the sign-in flow completed
  • sign out and sign back in if the session looks partial
  • make sure you are using the correct Introd environment and not an old tab
  • return to onboarding and continue setup from there
