Recommendation

Use the standalone Introd-Technologies-Inc/introd-docs repository as the authoritative portal and treat the FoundersNest Docusaurus repo as an audit source, not as the long-term docs frontend.

Why this plan

  • Introd now has a dedicated Mintlify docs repository with a root-level docs.json.
  • Mintlify lines up with the requested docs experience better than carrying Docusaurus over unchanged.
  • The FoundersNest repo does not contain enough checked-in live deployment detail to justify a risky in-place mutation of its unseen server state.

Phased plan

  1. Expand introd-docs into the complete Introd documentation portal.
  2. Generate route, env, and repo inventories from the active Introd codebases.
  3. Validate the Mintlify build locally.
  4. Add docs.getintrod.ai in Mintlify and complete verification records.
  5. Point DNS only after TXT validation and certificate readiness are confirmed.
  6. Leave docs.foundersnest.io online during the cutover window.

Reuse, rename, remove

DecisionAction
ReuseDocs content repo pattern, docs build discipline, subdomain cutover process
RenameBrand, footer, canonical URLs, navbar destinations, all FoundersNest references
RemoveOld FoundersNest docs content from the active Introd docs navigation
