# Definitions

> Definitions for the customer-facing relationship, sync, path, and introduction terms used in Introd.

> Last verified against current product source on August 11, 2026.

## Synced contact

A person record imported from an authorized source or added to your Introd network. A synced contact can still have missing company, role, or relationship fields.

## Warm path

A route shown by Introd between you, a possible connector, and a target. A path is available only when the current graph returns supporting relationship evidence.

## Connector

The person positioned between you and the target in a proposed path. Connector ranking is a recommendation for review, not proof that the person will make an introduction.

## TrustRank

A value from 0 to 100 displayed when graph relationship data supplies a trust or relationship-confidence signal. Treat it as a relative ranking aid within Introd, not as a published probability or guarantee.

## Graph confidence

A value from 0 to 100 representing the confidence value returned with current graph metadata. A low or missing value means the route needs more review; it does not become reliable merely because a target exists.

## Evidence chip

A short label returned with graph data, such as shared community context, alumni overlap, connector reputation, or a recent relationship signal. Evidence chips explain a ranking input; they do not establish consent to make an introduction.

## Relationship labels

Contact-level relationship strength can appear as **Strong**, **Medium**, or **Weak**. Warm-path evidence uses the separate labels **Strong**, **Moderate**, or **Limited**. Both are current product signals that can change as relationship data changes; neither is a promise about a person or outcome.

## Partial sync

A sync that saved imported records but did not reach the full total LinkedIn exposed to the extension. It can be resumed from the saved checkpoint.

## Introduction draft

A target, connector, subject, and message saved with draft status. Saving a draft does not contact anyone.

## Introduction workflow status

The status used to organize an introduction record in Introd. A status change tracks workflow state; it is not, by itself, evidence that an email or LinkedIn message was delivered.
