# Connect Integrations

> Connect and verify the three customer-facing relationship sources supported by the current Introd dashboard.

Open [Introd Integrations](https://app.getintrod.ai/settings/integrations).

> Last verified against current dashboard and API source on August 11, 2026.

## Supported live connection flows

| Source | Connection method | Data used by the current sync |
| ---------------- | -------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| LinkedIn | Introd-provided Chrome extension | Visible identity and relationship fields from permitted pages, plus connection-import data |
| Google Workspace | OAuth | Gmail metadata, Calendar metadata, and Google Contacts |
| Microsoft 365 | OAuth | Outlook email metadata and calendar metadata |

Other providers can appear in the Integrations catalog, but this guide does not represent them as self-service, live customer syncs.

## Prerequisites

* A signed-in [Introd account](https://app.getintrod.ai/sign-in)
* Access to the provider account you are connecting
* Browser popups and provider redirects allowed for Introd
* For LinkedIn, an Introd-provided extension build and a LinkedIn session in the same Chrome profile

## Connect Google Workspace

1. Find **Google Workspace**.
2. Choose **Connect**.
3. Review the Google consent screen and approve only if you accept the listed access.
4. Return to Introd.
5. Open the Google card to review status, evidence counts, and last sync.
6. Choose **Sync now** when the card offers it.

## Connect Microsoft 365

1. Find **Microsoft 365**.
2. Choose **Connect**.
3. Review the Microsoft consent screen and approve only if you accept the listed access.
4. Return to Introd.
5. Open the Microsoft card to review email and calendar status.
6. Choose **Sync now** when the card offers it.

## Connect LinkedIn

1. Install the Introd-provided build.
2. Open [Network Setup](https://app.getintrod.ai/setup-network).
3. Open the extension popup and finish **Continue with LinkedIn**.
4. Keep LinkedIn signed in in the same Chrome profile.
5. Choose **Start Sync** in the popup.
6. Expect an incomplete run to resume automatically in an inactive LinkedIn connections tab until paused or completed.
7. Return to Network Setup or Integrations to verify the imported count.

The extension's default contextual capture also processes visible identities during ordinary LinkedIn browsing. **Pause Sync** stops full-network import, not that contextual capture. Review [LinkedIn Integration](/chrome-extension/linkedin-integration) before connecting the extension.

## Read the status

| Status | Meaning |
| ---------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Connected | The provider has an active Introd connection |
| Partial | Some provider surfaces are connected or some sync work remains |
| Syncing | A sync is in progress |
| Reauthorization needed | The provider connection needs new consent or authentication |
| Disconnected | Future sync is stopped for that connection |

## Data boundary

The Google and Microsoft flows use relationship metadata. Email bodies, meeting contents, and private notes are not imported by the current metadata sync. See [Integration Data Usage](/privacy-security/integration-data-usage) and [OAuth Permissions](/privacy-security/oauth-permissions) for the exact scopes and fields.

## Failure states

| What you see | Recovery |
| --------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| OAuth returns with an error | Retry from the provider card and confirm popups are allowed |
| Connected but Partial | Open the card to identify the provider surface that remains disconnected |
| Reauthorization needed | Choose the reconnect action and complete provider consent again |
| Sync completes with zero evidence | Confirm the connected account contains eligible metadata, then retry once |
| Extension not detected | Reload the provisioned build in chrome://extensions and use the same Chrome profile |
| LinkedIn remains Partial | Automatic resume can retry; choose **Pause Sync** to stop it, or resume explicitly from the popup |

## Disconnect behavior

For Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, **Disconnect** clears Introd's stored connection tokens and stops future sync. Previously imported Introd records are preserved. Provider-side consent and complete data deletion are separate actions.

For those additional actions, see [GDPR and Deletion](/privacy-security/gdpr-and-deletion).
