# Warm Paths into Companies

> Turn a company result into a person-level path you can review.

Company-level warm paths summarize the paths currently available through people associated with that company. They are a starting point for review, not an introduction promise.

    Open [Companies](https://app.getintrod.ai/search/companies), search for the target, and select its row.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the people behind the count">
    Use **View Paths** or the person-search action to inspect who is actually connected to the company.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review one path">
    Confirm the target, connector, relationship evidence, freshness, and any missing context on the person-level path.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Prepare a draft only when the route is credible">
    Carry the reviewed target and connector into [Prepare an introduction](/introductions/create-request). The product records a draft or request workflow; it does not prove an external message was delivered.

If the warm-path count is zero, Introd has not returned a company path from the relationship data currently available to the workspace. Try a person search or improve network coverage instead of treating zero as proof that no relationship exists.
