# Search and Sort Companies

> Use company search, filters, and sort controls without overstating the available coverage.

Open [Companies](https://app.getintrod.ai/search/companies) to search the company records represented in your workspace network.

## Search

1. Enter a query in the search field.
2. Press **Enter** to submit it.
3. Review the result count and the company rows returned for that query.

Search coverage depends on the company names and attributes attached to your current network data. A zero-result search does not prove that the company or a relationship does not exist; it means Introd did not return a matching company from the data available to this workspace.

## Narrow the list

The company page provides workspace-specific views such as:

| View              | What it focuses on                                        |
| ----------------- | --------------------------------------------------------- |
| All companies     | The current company result set                            |
| Reachable         | Companies with at least one warm path in the current data |
| Strategic targets | Companies with stronger coverage in the current ranking   |
| In warm paths     | Companies attached to an active introduction workflow     |
| Needs enrichment  | Records with weak coverage or missing company context     |

Use **Sort by** to order results by relevance, contact count, warm-path count, or company name.

## Review a row

Select a row to open its detail panel. The row and panel can show:

* company name, industry, and location when present;
* the number of associated people and warm paths;
* a relative coverage label;
* available connector names; and
* actions to inspect paths or prepare an introduction request.

Missing industry, location, or connector context is a data limitation. Do not replace an unknown field with an assumption.

  If a newly synced or imported company is missing, confirm the source has finished processing, refresh once, and retry a simpler company-name query.
