# Review Company Connectors

> Compare the people connected to a target company before choosing a warm route.

A company result is useful only when it resolves to a person you can evaluate as a connector or target.

## Open the connector context

1. Open [Companies](https://app.getintrod.ai/search/companies).
2. Select a company row.
3. Review the connector names, roles, relationship labels, and available path count in the detail panel.
4. Continue to the relevant person or path for the full evidence available to your workspace.

## Compare connectors

Use the information shown in the product to answer:

* Is this person actually in my network data?
* Is their relationship to me direct or brokered through someone else?
* How recent and specific is the supporting context?
* Is the person connected to the target company in a way that matters for this request?
* Would asking them be appropriate now?

Relationship labels and scores are ranking aids. They do not measure willingness, availability, or consent.

## When no connector is shown

This means the current company result does not include a usable connector. Try the following:

1. [Search people](/people/search-people) using the company name.
2. Review [Network Setup](/setup-network) for incomplete or failed sources.
3. Gather more context outside Introd before preparing a request.

<Warning>
  Do not choose a connector solely because they have the highest displayed score. Confirm the relationship and the social context with a person who knows it.
</Warning>
